She’s currently batting .333 with nine home runs and 37 RBI for the seasaon. In the circle, she’s 14-14 with a 4.13 ERA. She’s walked 80 and struck out 163.
Her Seton Hall Pirates (21-29, 8-13 Big East) are the number eight seed in the tournament and they will open up the tournament Thursday against top seeded Notre Dame at 12:30 pm in the second of four quarterfinals on the campus of the University of Southern Florida.
This is the first time since 2010 that the Pirates had won eight games in the Big East Conference.
The winner of the 1-8 match up with face the winner of the 4-5 match up which is DePaul and Georgetown.

Former Ursuline standout Cristina Fletcher will be on the sideline in the match up with DePaul.
That match takes place at 10 a.m. as the first of the four quarterfinal games.
Fletcher as of today is batting .125 with eight runs scored.
The winner of No. 1 Notre Dame/No. 8 Seton Hall vs. No. 4 DePaul/No. 5 Georgetown will play each other on Friday at 4 p.m. in the semifinals.
In the bottom half of the bracket is number 3 DePaul vs. No. 6 Syracuse which brings me to the third member of the Big East Trio of former Section 1 standouts.
You guys remember Gaby Torzilli from John Jay?
She’s a grad student up with the Orange and she’s playing this year beacause she was red-shirted her sophomore year due to a shoulder injury.
According to the Cuse website, this is the stats they have on her: “Went 1-for-2 with a walk against Towson … Hit a single against DePaul … Went 2-for-5 and scored a run against Seton Hall … Made two appearances at the plate in the series at #24 USF … Cranked her first home run of the season in game one of a doubleheader against Cornell, adding two RBI.”
DePaul and Syracuse play at 4 p.m. Thursday. The winner of this game will play the winner of host USF (No. 2 seed) and No. 7 Providence Friday at 6:30 p.m in the semifinals. The Providence/USF game is will be Thursday at 6:30 p.m. to conclude the quarterfinal round.
